As the Second World War progressed Germany kept improving its aircraft in an attempt to control the skies over Europe.
The Me109D proved to be an excellent fighter; however, as the Allies introduced the P51A and Spitfire it became clear the Luftwaffe needed a better performing aircraft.
The answer was to improve the performance of the Me109D, and the newer, updated version was the Me109E model. This model of the famous Messerschmitt ME109 series became the backbone of the German Air Force.
The Me109E was flown by many of the aces from Germany and proved to be a formidable foe.
We have created a paper card model of the Me109E in the form of a pdf file which you can download to your computer. When you download the pdf file save it to your computer so that you can reprint it as often as necessary.
The paper card model airplane should be printed on 32# paper in full color. For assembly all that is required is a pencil, a pair of scissors, a knife and some white glue.
Once assembled you will have a beautiful model which will be hard to differentiate from plastic or wood models. This paper card model airplane makes a great school or family project.
